What Tigerplex Shuttering Plywood Sheets Are?

Tigerplex plywood refers to a type of engineered plywood panel that’s laminated from several layers (veneers) of wood bonded together with waterproof adhesive and designed to be strong and stable. It’s one variant among shuttering or formwork plywood types used in construction. Shuttering plywood (also called film-faced plywood) is specially manufactured for concrete formwork — the temporary molds that hold freshly poured concrete until it sets. It’s coated with a phenolic or similar film on both faces which gives it moisture resistance, smooth surface finish, and reuse capability on site.

Designed for repeated use on construction sites (number of reuses depends on quality and handling). Resists sticking to concrete — easing stripping from formwork. Provides a clean finish, reducing surface patching after removal.
